- Immersive retreats and extended deep dives open even more possibilities for growth and change.
Stay True Community
The Stay True Community is a supportive space in which we explore and deepen our Living Upward experience. We meet once a month to focus on a Living Upward theme from The Guide to Living Upward. Between sessions, we practice, reflect and journal on what the theme teaches us about who we are and how we want to live. The book set is required. Join anytime throughout the year for 12 months of continuing growth and expanding community.

Living Upward Essentials
Embark on your Living Upward journey with this five-week introduction to The Guide to Living Upward and the tools and resources that will help you create what it is we all are searching for – greater joy, connection purpose, and passion. The book set is required.

Spirit Path Retreat
This four-day in-person retreat offers you a safe and sacred space to get reacquainted with your true self. In this small interactive and experiential setting, you’ll discover that you’re ready to shine and to live every day with a deeper sense of self-awareness, kindness and connection to life itself.
